Transition to Year 1
Reception and Year 1 children have been working together on an exciting project as part of the transition program for Reception children going into Year 1. Reception and Year 1 children were partnered to work together to complete drawing a spiral with chalks and pastels.
The children were supported by the Year 6 children who were in charge of taking photos and video recording the event, as well as managing and supervising them. Here are some of the photos and comments made by the children.

Year 2 Trip to Buckingham Palace
Year 2 have been learning about the British Royal Family.
On Friday 15th May 2015, we went to Buckingham Palace. We saw the changing of the guard and made sketches of the Palace. Unfortunately we were able to tell the Queen was not at home as the Royal Standard flag was not flying.
